Prep Baseball Report was on hand each of the past two weekends for the Charlotte 49er Baseball Team Camp taking place on the campus of UNC Charlotte.  Each weekend featured high level summer teams from North Carolina with several from the greater Charlotte area.

Each team was treated to three nine inning games with college coaches and pro scouts in attendance.  The first weekend featured players at the 17U / 2019 age level. The second weekend featured players from the 16U / 2020 age level.  Today we will take a deep dive into the first weekend. Below are several players that caught the attention of PBR and its staff.

Good athlete and possible dual position player took a step forward on the mound from the past several times we have seen him.  The fastball sat 83-86 from a quick high-¾ slot.
