2021 Junior Future Games: Team Carolina- Workout Day Quick Hitters

The Junior Future Games has kicked off at LakePoint in Emerson, GA with some of the top 2025 and 2026 prospects from across the country going through their workout day. Team Carolina features 15 players from North and South Carolina. The workout day consisted of a full pro-style workout with players running a timed 60, followed by a defensive workout, and BP on the field with Trackman gathering ball flight data.
Team Carolina was impressive throughout their workout with players showcasing their athleticism and versatility.
Team Carolina begins pool play on Thursday facing Indiana followed by games against Mississippi and Oklahoma on Friday and Saturday.
Team Carolina Workout Day Quick Hitters
Short swing with a gap to gap approach. Lined balls to both gaps in BP. Top exit velocity at 79 mph.
Worked mostly through the middle and to his pull side in BP. Hands have quickness with an uphill barrel path.
Flat barrel path through the zone working through the middle and to his pull side. Ball off his bat peaked at 84 mph.

Direct path to the ball looking to stay through the middle of the field. Hands have strength for his age. Exit velocity peaked at 77 mph.
Quick hands with a flat barrel path through the zone. Lined balls to both gaps during his BP rounds. Top exit velocity at 88 mph.
Loose swing with quickness to his hands. Hit several balls hard in BP with his exit velocity peaking at 87 mph. Gap to gap approach.
Fluid swing with his barrel staying through the zone. Lined several balls through the middle and to the opposite field.
Switch hitter. Uses the whole field with a line drive approach. Flat barrel path with extension out front and strength in his hands.
Hits from the left side. Some quickness to his hands with some lift to the barrel path. Worked through the middle and to the opposite field.
Direct barrel path to the ball working through the middle of the field. Exit velocity topped at 85 mph.
Balanced swing with a gap to gap approach. Line drive approach with feel for his barrel. Ran a 6.92 in the 60.
Left hand hitter. Flatter barrel path looking to get extension. Worked through the middle and to the opposite field during BP.
Balanced swing with strength in his hands for his age. Lined balls gap to gap with the ball off his barrel reaching 85 mph. Fluid actions on the infield.
Made hard contact working through the middle of the field. Hands have quickness and strength. Top exit velocity at 92 mph.
