Mississippi Power 25: Postseason Edition
May 28, 2024
The 2024 high school season has come to a close, and our staff has decided to go back and revisit the Mississippi Power 25. After another incredible season of high school baseball, many teams in various classifications made big playoff pushes in the final weeks of the season and reached the late rounds of the playoffs. These rankings will take into account the the whole body of work during the season, but will also reflect their playoff success and reward those teams who made deep runs.
Our staff has been out in full force covering numerous games throughout the state this spring. We've worked diligently at ranking these top-25 teams, while looking at their records, scores, and player performances over course of the regular season and the Class 7A-1A playoffs.
