Mississippi Names to Know: Projectable 40

Matt Miller
State Director

Projectable is a term used in the scouting industry that describes a player that has the potential to improve as they grow and mature. The staff at Prep Baseball Mississippi gets the opportunity to see hundreds of kids every year both at our in-state events and out on the road covering high school games in the spring. Below are 40 players (primarily underclassmen) from the Magnolia State that we feel could benefit greatly from overall body maturity. Over the next season or two, college recruiters may want to check up on these guys as fundamentally they are moving in a really good direction but are simply waiting on physicality. Many are already on the radar.
