AL/MS Border Battle: Mississippi Preview

The PBR Alabama/Mississippi Border Battle is an Invite-Only event geared toward prospects looking to play baseball at the college level. This event will feature a showcase style workout followed by games for the top prospects in AL and MS.
The event will take place on October 14th-15th at Northeast Mississippi CC in Booneville, MS. Each state will take a 2025, 2026, & 2027 team. Each player will go through the pro-style workout on Saturday morning and then play vs. the other state (each class) in two games. Roster spots will be limited to 12-14 players on each team.
All participants at the Border Battle will have their performance videotaped and hosted in their player profile, along with their verified statistics and scouting reports at PrepBaseballReport.com, which is subscribed to by more than 1,000 colleges and pro scouts across the country. Top players will be listed accordingly in our statewide player rankings.

Position Player Check-in: 8:30-8:50 AM
Pre-Event Meeting: 8:50 AM
Pro-Style Workout Begins: 9:00 AM
AL will be home and be in 3B dugout; MS will be visitors and be in 1B dugout.
2025 Game: 1:30 PM (2025 Saturday PO's check in at 12:30 PM)
2026 Game: 3:45 PM (2026 Saturday PO's check in at 2:45 PM)
2027 Game: 6:00 PM (2027 Saturday PO's check in at 5:00 PM)
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 15TH
MS will be home and be in 3B dugout; AL will be visitors and be in 1B dugout.
2026 Game: 10:00 AM (2026 Sunday PO's check in at 9:00 AM)
2027 Game: 12:15 PM (2027 Saturday PO's check in at 11:15 AM)
2025 Game: 2:30 PM (2025 Saturday PO's check in at 1:30 PM)
Please be there 1 hour before your scheduled game time.
No metal spikes. Please wear turf shoes or molded cleats.
