EADS, TN - The Easley Baseball Club continued their summer season with a PBR Scout Day at Briarcrest Christian School on Tuesday, May 30th. Close to 100 players went through the pro-style workout and there were several players that impressed at the different stations of the showcase. 

Today, we will begin releasing our scouting reports from the event, starting with the outfielders who attended the Scout Day.

Miller Finn, Pontotoc (MS), 2026
Positional Profile: LHP/OF
Body: 6-0, 160-pounds. Lean, projectable frame
Hit: LHH. Tall balanced stance with high and tight handset Smooth load with hands dropping into slot. Slight knee lift with short stride. Level bat path with very nice all fields approach.
Power: 87 max exit velocity, averaged 80.3 mph. 301' max distance.
Arm: LH. OF-85 mph. Shorter, yet quick arm action.
Defense: Confident feet with advanced look in OF. Fields baseball out front to glove side with accuracy on throws.
ATH: 7.63 runner in the 60. 1.73 and 4.15 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.

Daniel Hopper, Grenada (MS), 2027
Positional Profile: OF/3B
Body: 6-1, 160-pounds. Tall, lean frame.
Hit: RHH. Conventional stance with slightly higher handset. Easy, controlled load and stride. Hands separate into stride with with very solid line drive approach.
Power: 89 max exit velocity, averaged 78.9 mph. 273' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-82 mph. Long arm action
Defense: Solid look in the outfield. Fields out front to glove side with quick transfer for strong throws.
ATH: 7.29 runner in the 60. 1.74 and 4.05 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.

Turner Koltnow, Houston (TN), 2024
Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 5-11, 160-pounds. Tall, durable frame
Hit: RHH. Balanced, slightly open stance with hands inside back shoulder. Big load with leg lift as hands drop into its slot. Aggressive swing with line drive approach.
Power: 89 max exit velocity, averaged 76.2 mph. 307' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-82 mph. Loose arm action
Defense: Advanced look in the outfield with solid footwork. Fields ball on outside of foot. Good glovework with quick transfer for a strong throw.
ATH: 7.51 runner in the 60. 1.77 and 4.15 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.

Knox Aaron, Evangelical Christian (TN), 2026
Positional Profile: OF/SS
Body: 6-0, 155-pounds. Lean, athletic frame
Hit: RHH. Conventional, balanced stance with relaxed hand set. Controlled load and stride with level bat path, with occasional loft. Middle to pull side approach. Slightly rotational with hips. Very solid upside at the plate.
Power: 89 max exit velocity, averaged 84.7 mph. 307' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-81 mph. Short, quick arm action
Defense: Developing footwork in the outfield. Fields baseball out front to the glove side. Developing accuracy on throws.

Eli Bagley, Hernando (MS), 2027
Positional Profile: OF/RHP
Body: 5-11, 170-pounds. Lanky, projectable build.
Hit: RHH. Conventional, balanced stance with relaxed hand set. Slightly open Big load where he creates leverage. Longer stride with aggression into contact. Looking to punish. Pull side approach with present power and more on the way.
Power: 98 max exit velocity, averaged 90.1 mph. 347' max distance.

Defense: Next level upside in outfield. Solid feet and strong accurate arm.

Body: 5-8, 158-pounds. Sturdy frame
Hit: RHH. Wider stance with high hand set Small, controlled load with slight inward rotation/toe tap stride. Upward bat pat with pull side approach and aggression. Advanced pop for age.
Power: 86 max exit velocity, averaged 76.2 mph. 298' max distance.
Arm: RH. INF-78 mph. OF-80 mph. Loose arm action
Defense: Quick, choppy feet with plenty of range. Solid glove work and transfers. Strong enough arm to handle the deeper throws.

Hit: LHH. Balanced, slightly open stance with relaxed hand set Easy, controlled load and small stride. Creates a little leverage in stride. Hands works well to contact. Uses the whole field with a conservative line drive approach.
Power: 79 max exit velocity, averaged 70.7 mph. 264' max distance.
Arm: LH. INF-71 mph. OF-75 mph. Long, over the top arm action
Defense: OF: Good footwork, fields baseball to glove side with accurate throws. Still developing arm strength. INF: Solid footwork on infield as well. Accurate throws on double plays. Very polished look and seems to have feel for position.

Marcus Jamison, Desoto Central (MS), 2027

Evan Summers, Itawamba Agricultural (MS), 2026

Body: 5-10, 190-pounds. Durable frame
Hit: LHH. Wider, slight preset load with higher handset Small load with not much stride. Uses leverage well. Level bat path and attacks out front well. Middle to pull side line drive approach and quick bat.
Power: 84 max exit velocity, averaged 78.8 mph. 189' max distance.
Arm: LH. OF-75 mph. Quick arm action
Defense: Fairly polished look in outfield. Easily approaches ground balls. Fields out front to glove side with accurate arm.

Deshann Hannah, Center Hill (MS), 2026
Positional Profile: OF/OF
Body: 5-10, 155-pounds. Lean, athletic build
