Consistently on the barrel, Jenkins averaged 90.2 mph exit velocity, peaking at 95.8 mph with a max hand speed of 24.7 mph. Defensively, Jenkins showed fluid movement patterns on the infield to go along with a loose arm - T84 mph across the diamond. Afterwards, he hopped on the mound where he threw his fastball at 82-84 mph with a curveball/changeup mix to pair.

+ OF/RHP Samuel Martin (Lee’s Summit, 2026) came away as one of the biggest winners from this event. Built with strength and twitch at 6-foot, 170-pounds, Martin found the barrel often for loud contact throughout his round of BP. He squared his firmest ball up at 93.4 mph, sending his furthest ball an event leading 360 feet. His arm strength showed early, as Vargas was second among all outfielders in peak throwing velocity with a 81 mph high. He hopped on the mound afterwards and pitched at 84-85, T86 mph with the aptitude to spin a 68-72 mph curveball for strikes at 2300+ RPM and changeup to pair.

+ Packed with physicality at 5-foot-11, 190-pounds, CIF Ashdon Martinez (Lee’s Summit North, 2024; Missouri State-West Plains signee) swings an agressive left-handed barrel with natural lift to drive balls with power pullside. Martinez posted the highest exit velocity of the day at 98.1 mph, sending his furthest ball 345 feet. Additionally, Martinez ran a 7.10 60 to lead all of his peers. In the field, the lefty showed sure-handed actions at first, with feel for footwork around the bag.
+ C/INF Logan Moran (Lakeland, 2025) put together a loud round of BP at Sunday’s event. The 5-foot-11, 195-pound righty uses a short, inside-out swing to get the barrel head out and drive balls pullside with power. Moran produced a top exit velocity of 97.2 mph on his firmest barrel - sending his furthest ball 333 feet. Behind the plate, Moran produced a top velocity of 73 mph while also throwing 76 mph across the infield to wrap up the day.
+ INF Dane Ferrel (Pleasant Hill, 2025) was on the barrel throughout his round of BP, with a quick, powerful swing that produced line drives through the middle of the field and a max exit velocity of 94.5 mph. Defensively, Ferrel showed off his quick arm, producing a top velocity of 78 mph with plenty more to come as he continues to add strength.
+ C/INF Otto Moore (Lee’s Summit North, 2026) put together a well rounded event, impressing on both sides of the ball. Moore’s strength came from behind the plate thanks to a quick, clean transfer where he led all catchers in both pop time (1.95-2.01) and velocity (74 mph) while being accurate and on the bag with all his throws. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound sophomore showed a short, quick stroke at the plate, producing a max exit velocity of 87.6 mph. He wrapped up the day by throwing his firmest bullet across the infield at 80 mph.
