JUCO Uncommitted Spotlights: St. Charles CC

With NJCAA postseason play well underway, we take a look at a couple of name-to-know uncommitted players from St. Charles Community College.

Jude Tenny

Sophomore LHP Jude Tenny was one of the top arms this spring on a St. Charles team that picked up their first conference championship in school history. Tenny played a huge role in that success, posting a 8-1 record on the mound and even picking up a save. Over 49 innings, the lefty struck out 55 for a 10.10 K/9, posted a 4.04 ERA and 1.65 WHIP, and showed the ability to miss barrels by allowing just 2 home runs. At our scout day last fall, Tenny was in complete command of both sides of the plate with all three of his pitches. The sophomore ran his fastball up to 85.9 mph while complementing it with a slider/changeup mix at 73-74 and 78-79 mph respectively.
