Inside The MO Rankings: Top 10 Uncommitted 2021 RHPs

As we prepare for the most important summer of all time for amateur baseball, PBR KS takes a deeper look into the latest 180 player rankings release for the 2021 class. If you missed the release story for the class, you can find it here. Today, we will highlight the top 10 (actually 11, we couldn't stop at 10 for this group) uncommitted arms in the state according to the rankings. This group features athletes with projectable frames who have tons room to fill out along with athletes who will see jumps as they polish up their deliveries. Everyone on this list has been 87 or better in official PBR scouted events.
SCOUTING REPORT
Positional Profile: RHP A high-follow lively arm in his class that recently jumped into the national rankings.
Body: 6-foot-0, 210-pounds. Strong, wide-shouldered frame.
Delivery: Feet start together towards third base side of rubber, side step initiates quick drop/drive type delivery, works on line with target, lands square, athletic lower half, throws with some effort.
Arm Action: Right-Handed Long, lively arm action, high 3/4 slot. Clear arm strength.
FB: T93, 88-90 mph. Two-seam type, clean out the hand, showed arm-side run, jumps into the zone, some strikes.
CB: 66-67 mph. Slightly decelerated arm action, 11/5 shape, gradual action.
SL: 76-80 mph. Tight, vertical break, power pitch, tunnels well with fastball.
CH: 77-78 mph.
