Inside The MO Rankings: Top 10 Uncommitted 2021 CIFs

As we prepare for the most important summer of all time for amateur baseball, PBR MO takes a deeper look into the latest 180 player rankings release for the 2021 class. If you missed the release story for the class, you can find it here. Today, we will highlight the top 10 uncommitted corner infielders in the state according to the rankings. This group is headlined by physically advanced power bats.




SCOUTING REPORT

Webber is a tall and lean 6-foot-4 180-pound left-handed hitting third baseman and right-handed pitcher in Missouri's 2021 class.  He ran a 7.52 60 and has an 89 mph exit velocity. At the plate, open stance, minimal load, toe tap to stride, aggressive bat speed, power to pull side, hits with leverage, stays under control with quick hands.  On the infield, high three quarters arm slot, fields ball in athletic position, creates momentum in footwork during clean exchange, accurate throws, 76 mph, projection for strength in build. On the mound, Weber throws with regular effort, stays under control, creates in line direction towards the plate during stride, arm works, over the top release, fastball at 82-84 mph, let one pitch go at 87 mph, throws for strike, breaking ball has sharp 12-to-6 movement, lands for strikes, throws change up down in the zone with near fastball arm speed, 74-75 mph.
