Season Outlook
The Lee's Summit Tigers will rely heavily on junior RHP/OF Dalton Hill this season. Hill will hit in the middle of the line-up and be at the top of the rotation this spring for the Tigers. Senior RHP, Austin Ross will be another top of the rotation pitcher for the Tigers and give them a solid one-two combo this spring. Senior C Blake Ford will return behind the plate. He is a catcher with varsity experience and getting several looks from colleges. Coach Mellody will have a pair of juniors that will become regulars in the line this spring as well. Look for OF Zavion Hill and SS Austin Polina to have significant roles in the teams success in 2016. Lee's Summit will placed in tough district, matching up with some top teams in the state. In a one-game playoff, anything can happen and Lee's Summit has the talent to open some eyes in late May.
