PBR: What schools have you been hearing from?
GAMM: Schools that have expressed some interest include Illinois State, IPFW, Central Michigan, Eastern Kentucky, Nebraska-Omaha, Upper Iowa, Minnesota-Duluth, U. of Mary, St. Cloud State, Rose-Hulman, Bethel, Gustavus and several others.

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
GAMM: I’ve done informal visits to Illinois State, Rose-Hulman and Nebraska-Omaha. I am planning on doing several more this fall.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school?
GAMM: I am really looking for a school that is a good fit for me academically and athletically. I am interested in Engineering, Math or Physics and finding somewhere where I can compete at a high level in both areas is very important to me.

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
GAMM: Leading East Ridge in a comeback win over Mounds View early in the year with a 3-run homer and 4 RBI was really fun, but I am most proud of fighting through some medical issues the first half of this year and not missing one start as a SS for East Ridge (only player to start every game this year for the Raptors).  I also felt I had a really good summer Legion season both offensively and defensively and really felt I grew as a leader on that team.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?
GAMM: Personally, I am working on getting stronger. I have been able to add 10 lbs since the end of the Legion year and want to add 10-15 more pounds of muscle before the start of the HS season. I also want to be a leader for our HS team this year. I think we will have a lot of underclassmen playing and I want to lead by example, have fun and win games.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
GAMM: I also play basketball.

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
GAMM: My ACT score this spring was 26 and my GPA is 3.73.
