The PBR MN Prospect ID- Duluth event took place on Saturday, August 10, 2019. The event was held at Wade Stadium in Duluth, MN. The event featured prospects from the 2020 through 2023 grad classes; and included many breakout performances from this year's participants. Players showcased their talents in front of our scouting staff and college coaches in attendance.

Kaden Crane, C/RHP, Carlton, 2020
6-foot-2, 225-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player.  7.95 runner.  Tall upright stance with high handset.  Hand load down and strides open to start.  Arm bar and tends to come around contact.  Stiffness in swing and short finish.  Flat swing plane and pushes barrel through zone.  Mid/pull approach with ground ball and line drive contact.  Inconsistent barrel contact with 84 mph exit velocity.  C- Big frame.  Sits high.  Average glove and good to glove side.  Stays high and slow to block.  Longer exchange and footwork to release.  2.20-2.28 pop times.  70 mph arm strength with average accuracy and carry to bag.

Ryan Grise, C/RHP, St. Francis, 2020
5-foot-11, 162-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player.  7.22 runner.  Slightly open stance with high handset.  Stride and hands load down.  Collapses hard on front foot.  Arm bar creating length to contact.  Flat swing plane with short stiff finish.  Middle approach with ground ball and line drive contact.  Average contact with 80 mph exit velocity.  C- Low and balanced stance.  Average glove and loose at times to where ball controls glove.  Good to glove side.  Average movements to block.  Longer exchange and feet to release.  2.33-2.45 pop times.  69 mph arm strength with average accuracy and below average carry.

Alex Pineau, C/RHP, Hammarskjold (ONT), 2021
6-foot-1, 185-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player.  7.30 runner.  Open stance with pre-loaded hands.  Toe tap trigger.  Average swing plane.  Aggressive.  Mid/pull approach with ground ball and line drive contact.  Hard contact and flashed pop in barrel.  84 mph exit velocity.  C- Narrow stance and sits high.  Average glove and good glove side.  Smooth to block and keeps ball in front.  Clean exchange with longer feet into throw.  2.00-2.10 pop times.  74 mph arm strength with above average carry and good accuracy.

Dillion Teachworth, C, Duluth East, 2022
5-foot-4, 128-pound right-handed hitting catcher. 8.52 runner.  Balanced athletic stance.  Body and small hand load.  Small stride to start.  Swing plane works slightly down to contact and flat at times.  Middle approach with ground ball and line drive contact.  Average contact with average barrel.  81 mph exit velocity.  C- Balanced stance.  Stays low to receive.  Average glove and controls ball.  Moves well to block and keeps ball in front.  Average exchange.  Stands up to throw with longer feet.  2.44-2.59 pop times.  64 mph arm strength with below average carry and good accuracy.
