2016 OUTLOOK
"2016 looks to be a promising year as we look to build off of the success we had last year after moving to the South Suburban Conference. We've got 9 guys coming back with Varsity experience and have a bunch of other guys that will be competing for playing time- our talent pool is getting deep and will create some competition for playing time at multiple spots. We lose some power and experience from last year’s team, but we should still be able to put up some runs as we’ve got some guys returning who can really hit and have developed their own power. We’ll continue to look for depth at pitcher, but we do have two talented pitchers returning that logged 32 innings each and pitched in some really big games. The biggest question will be who takes command defensively as we look to solidify our defense, which has been an issue at times in the past. Overall, it’s a great group of kids that know how to play the game the right way, and that makes it exciting and fun." Head Coach Jon Graff
