Michigan Unsigned Senior Showcase This Weekend Promises Good Arms

This Saturday's Unsigned Senior Showcase at Spring Arbor University promises to have good arms both from projection and velocity perspectives.
Austin Lukaschewski (Bishop Foley HS) is perhaps the hardest thrower of the bunch. This fall, reports have had him as high as 91mph. This past spring we had him sitting a comfortable 84-87mph. Although not extremely physical at only 5-foot-10, Lukaschewski brings much more to the table than physical ability. He is a champion - has won three straight state titles with perennial state powerhouse Bishop Foley.
A pair of projectable right-handers with low to mid-80's fastballs will also be in attendance. Matt Woloszyk (Taylor Kennedy HS) and Hunter Holcomb (St. Clair Shores Lakeshore HS) both check in at 6-foot-7, 190-pounds and 6-foot-6, 225-pounds respectively. Both players will be making their PBR debut on Saturday.
Speaking of debuts, Damon Ellis (Garden City HS) will also be making his PBR debut. Ellis impressed Chris Valentine, Ohio's Director of Scouting, at a showcase in September. Ellis is a two-way prospect who has an electric arm and has been up to 88mph. You can read more about Ellis' performance here.
