The Border Battle Games are quickly approaching this weekend.  The event has been condensed into a one day event to better accommodate college coaches and players alike.

As was highlighted earlier there are plenty of high end young arms attending the games which should make for some great competition.

Wayne State University will host the inaugural Border Battle Games located at 5101 John C Lodge, Wayne State University, Detroit, MI 48208.

Team assignments will be announced on Friday, September 27th.

Here is the current itinerary for Sunday's event which will include both a showcase element as well as live game action.

SUNDAY GAME – TEAM #1 VS. TEAM #2

8:30-9:00 … Check-In

9:30-9:35 … Introduction

9:35-10:00 … Stretching and Warmups and 60's on Turf Football field.

10:00-10:20 … Team #1 – BP on the field (run H to 1B on last hit)

Team #2 – Shag

10:20-10:40 … Team #2 – BP on the field (run H to 1B on last hit)

Team #1 – Shag

10:40-11:00 … Defensive Evaluations on main field

11:00-1:30 … 9 INNING GAME – TEAM #1 vs. TEAM #2

SUNDAY GAME 2 – TEAM #3 VS. TEAM #4

12:30-12:45 … Check-In

1:00-1:30 … Stretching and Warmups and 60's on Turf Football field.

1:30-1:50 … Team #3 – BP on the field (run H to 1B on last hit)

1:50-2:10 … Team #4 – BP on the field (run H to 1B on last hit)
