As our staff continues highlighting players across the Old Line State and Delaware this summer, we turn our attention to the remaining top uncommitted players across the two states. This edition highlights 2025 two-way William Adkinson out of Bethesda-Chevy Chase.

Standing at 6-foot-2, 180 pounds, Adkinson has some of the top two-way ability left on the board in this highly talented 2025 class and the tools play consistently on both sides of the ball. It's a taller setup at the dish with rhythm in the hands, showcasing the ability to utilize the whole field consistently. More of a line-drive approach, Adkinson has shown some increase in power production over the summer with even more to come as the frame continues to fill out. On the bump, it's a three-pitch mix that pounds the zone with strikes, showcasing the ability to work the mid-80s fastball to both sides of the plate and spin the slider at will away to right-handed hitters. The changeup continues to progress and should make for a strong third-pitch option at the next level.
