As our staff continues highlighting players across the Old Line State and Delaware this summer, we turn our attention to the remaining top uncommitted players across the two states. This edition highlights 2025 infielder Jackson Cheung out of Stephen Decatur.

One of the more high-octane position players left on the board, the physical 5-foot-10, 180-pound infielder impacts the game on both sides with tools that spark at any given time. Physicality and athleticism are two things that jump out immediately, as the strength and actions continue to stand out and get cleaner with every look. Cheung, a high-IQ player with versatility, provides college coaches the option and versatility to play any infield spot and a possible move to a corner outfield. Above-average arm strength allows a stay on the left side of the infield with fluid actions and soft hands. The hit tool plays fairly consistently, showcasing the ability to spray to both gaps with some added power to the pull side as barrel feel and strength increase.
