What made Radford the right fit for you?
+
When I went and visited the campus and coaching staff it just felt right. I connected with Coach Raccuia and the rest of the coaching staff very well and could see myself as a Highlander.

What was the recruiting process like for you?
+
The recruiting process was slow until this past summer. But once the summer came it all happened so quickly.

What other schools did you consider?
+
Mount St. Mary's, Winthrop, Binghamton

What were key factors you were looking for in your college decision?
+
I did not want to go to a really big school and Radford was the perfect size at 10,000 students. I instantly connected with the Radford coaching staff and wanted to play for them.

What are your goals now before you graduate?
+
An MIAA Championship. I believe we are going to surprise a lot of people and going to make some noise in the MIAA this year.

When did things start to heat up for you?
+
Things started to pick up for me this past summer. Before that I would get an email from a coach here or there but did not start going on visits until the summer going into my senior year.

What are you going to bring to Radford as a freshman?
+
I plan on being the hardest working player on the team. Constantly trying to get better to earn a key role on the team. Hard work is what has gotten me this far and that's what will continue to bring me success.

Who is the best player you have played against?
+ Alex Murphy
was the only high school player that I have ever played against that when calling pitches I did not try to give him anything to hit. He was a monster.

What summer program did you play for and what did you learn with them?
+
I played for Coach Haines and Coach Shives with the Mid Atlantic Red Sox. Coach Shives knowledge helped me not only with the physical side of the game but also the mental side.

Do you have any advice for younger players beginning to/going through the recruiting process?
+
My advice for the younger players is to work harder than everyone around you. There are so many players out there chasing the same dream you are and it is only getting harder and harder to play college baseball.
