Team PBR Pennsylvania Red
Whitehall 2018 RHP/IF Matt Ziminsky led the Zephyrs in innings as a sophomore (37 IP, 40 H, 17 BB, 43 K). The 5-foot-10, 170-pounder repeats his delivery and exhibits good arm speed out of a three-quarter slot with solid command of a four-pitch mix that includes a fastball at 82-84 with late life, as of February. The right-handed hitter also has solid actions defensively and was a full-time position player starter for the Zephyrs as well.
A developed, muscular 5-foot-9, 185-pound build helps Oley Valley 2017 infielder Pete Vaccaro generate good bat speed and gap power. The left-handed hitter's calling card is his bat, as he routinely shows the ability to barrel the baseball to all parts of the field. He hit .419 with eight extra base hits as a junior, with eight walks against only two strikeouts.
Parkland 2017 right-handed pitcher Ryan Giovenco sports a solid 6-foot, 180-pound build and, as of last November, a fastball at 81-84 out of a three-quarter slot. As one of two primary starters for an always strong Trojans club, he posted a junior year line of 51 IP, 44 H, 21 BB, 41 K.
Central Bucks East 2017 right-handed pitcher Ari Silverstein has a projectable 6-foot-4, 190-pound frame, has shown a fastball up to 86 mph over the past month and a half, and has upside if he can harness his command.
