Mizuno Aces vs Rawlings A’s Prep
Mizuno Aces beat Rawlings A’s 7-2. Jacob Anderson led the Aces with three singles and an RBI. Mikey Carrington added two hits and three RBI’s. Evan Harris was solid on the mound as he surrendered just two hits.

AL Titans vs. Bigbie’s Black Sox
AL Titans defeated Bigbie’s Black Sox by a score of 8-5. The Titans got two hits from Hagamann and Barret in addition to two RBI’s from Aarigemnia.

API vs. Bigbie’s Black Sox
API rallied late to beat Bigbie’s Black Sox by a score of 8-6. Josh Moylan paced API with three singles and an RBI. Ethan McCormick added two hits of his own. Cory Blohm and Nate Vermillion each registered a double. For the Black Sox, Josh Tull had two hits and Keegan Bentz added a pair of RBI’s.

Go Wags vs. Kent Island
Kent Island defeated the Go Wags 5-4 in come from behind fashion. Nate Brown, Charles Skeans and Cameron Synder all had RBI’s for Kent Island. For the Go Wags, Gebler registered two hits, Kitner drove a triple to right field and Meckley smoked an RBI single.

Kent Island Bucs 14, API 15u 2
Toby Skeans 2-for-5 with an RBI and Chaney Skeans went 2-for-4 while Cameron Snyder went 3-for-3 and was a homerun short of the cycle.
Dalton Roberts was 1-for-4 with two RBI for API. 

AL Titans 3, Rawlings Prospects 16u 0
Vinny Aurigemma went 1-for3 with an RBI to lead the Titans. Eric Maydag also went 1-for-3 with an RBI for the Titans. Dan Ownby and Ryan Hogan threw a combined shutout.
Dhane Blair, Ryan Looper, Michael Rosen, Casey Marshall, and Hunter Griebel had a hit each for Rawlings

Youse’s Orioles 3, Dig In 0
Nick Brown was 1-for-1 with a walk and two RBI to lead Youse. Liam Bowers, Tyler Locklear, Zeke Maldonado, Seth Bialecki, and Gavin Evans added hits. Paul Nixon struck out four on the mound.

Youse’s Orioles 10, MD Bombers 3
Trent Gast-Woodard went 2-for-3 with two runs scored while Tyler locklear was also 2-for-3 with an RBI to lead the Orioles. Steven Spencer had a hit and RBI, while Colton Knoble added a hit and two RBI.
Bryant Shives, Zach Crampton, and Brendan Kemp each had two hits apiece for the Bombers.

MD Bombers 6, Keystone Nationals 1
Zach Crampton went 3-for-4 with five RBI to lead the Bombers. Cole Rinehart went 3-for-4 with an RBI and three runs scored. Aaron Hartle went 3-for-3.
Kirk Patti, Cameron Dick, and Ethan Rockwell each had a hit for the Nationals.

Scout Notes

API 15u Kris Jenner has a long athletic frame and showed quick actions at third base. He hits from a taller set up. He shows a short path at the plate and average bat speed, and with better balance could get more out of his tall athletic frame…Kent Island’s Cameron Snyder showed an aggressive swing at the plate enroute to his 3-for-3 performance in game 1…Kent Island’s Ryan Corbin showed a projectable frame with quick actions and some arm strength from the field. He has a solid skill set and could be one to keep an eye on as he continues to develop…API 15u 2020 Derek Ohringer showed a sound skill set in the game that looks as if it could develop nicely as he works on footwork and adds strength…Rawlings 2020 RHP Sam Daniels was 76-78 on the mound for Rawlings, showing pitchability  and looks to have some more in the tank with his smaller frame. He had good arm speed on a change up that was 72 mph…Rawlings 2019 Ryan Looper showed a solid skill set in the field and free hands at the plate with some bat speed that could develop into a gap-to-gap type player as he adds strength…2019 Casey Marshall has a projectable frame and moved well around the infield. He showed arm strength across the diamond, and shows a short swing with average bat speed that should only get better as he gets stronger…Rawlings 2019 RHP Trent Rathell was up to 76 on the mound for Rawlings with a sound arm action and a 11/5 bigger breaking ball at 62-65 mph…AL Titans 2019 RHP Dan Ownby was 75-77 topping out at 78 on the mound with a loose arm action throwing from a three-quarter slot. Each fastball thrown had movement in some sort, either run or cut mainly with slight sink at times…Titans 2019 Dom Bromante showed a short path and quick hands at the plate, expecially on a double down the left field line... LHP Ryan Hogan was 71-73 on the bump with cut action on his fastball. He threw a harder breaking ball at 66-69 mph…Dig In RHP Drew Sturgess was 76-79 on the mound with a straight fastball. He threw a harder cut/ Slider type pitch at 72-75. He threw a bigger breaking ball at 65-67…Luke Cheng for Dig In showed quick twitch and range from the third base position, able to make clean cuts and angles with a clean exchange and some arm strength across the diamond. He showed average bat speed at the plate with gap-togap type ability…2019 Steve Armstrong for Keystone Nationals shows pull side pop from the plate with quick hands. Got around the ball with towering foul balls, but the hand speed was there…2019 Cameron Dick is a projectable athlete at the hot corner. Lanky frame and looks like more is in there. Some rawness in his ability that could get better as he gets more fluid…Nationals 2019 RHP Cole Bayesa has deception in his short arm action throwing from a high three-quarter slot. Was up to 79 on the mound with later life…Ethan Rockwell showed a short swing at the plate and aggressive nature with his speed on the base paths…Been continually impressed with the progression of Youse’s Orioles 2018 OF Nick Brown. His arm strength has gotten better with a cleaner arm action and provides a simple approach with fast bat speed at the plate that spreads the ball around the diamond...Keep an eye out for Gavin Evans, the young 2020 for Youse, looks to have a bright future with his athleticism around the field and will be interesting to see how he continues to develop at the plate with more experience…Paul Nixon was 84-86 on the mound for Youse, doing a nice job of pounding the zone from the windup. Would like to see better tempo in between pitches with runners on, which should help with his repeatability. His breaking ball had 11/5 action at 75-77 mph. He has a longer athletic arm on the mound that reaches behind upon separation. Throws with little effort and looks to have more in tank. Was a bit pull happy in his aggressive swing at the plate, would like to see him let his hands work through contact a bit more…2018 OF Liam Bowers showed a shorter swing at the plate with quick hands and a spray type approach for Youse…2019 3B Tyler Locklear looks to be developing into a top offensive option at the plate. Shows explosive bat speed at the plate and is freeing up the hand more using the whole field. Athletic at the corner and has been playing shortstop at times comfortably, although he better suits at third or a corner…Colton Knoble was 83-85 on the mound, topping out at 86. His breaking ball had 11/5 action on the pitch with gradual break at 67-69 mph. Was slower in the stretch 79-82, which should get better as he gets more hip load in his lift to keep more balance through out and create better drive from back side…Great day at the plate for 2019 Zach Crampton with five hits on the day. Short path at the plate with bat speed and extension. Nice fluid load in swing and barreled up the ball well throughout his two games at Frederick. Got on the mound and had a longer arm action with quick arm speed throughout. Got up to 80 on the mound with more in the tank…2018 Brock Smith long lanky frame at 6-foot-3. Ball jumps out of hand from a low three-quarter slot. Sound arm action with deception. Was consistent 76-79 on the day. Breaking ball had 1/7 action at 63-65…2018 C Lane Gay had a busy day working behind the plate, and work hard throughout both double headers. He has a quick exchange behind the plate and was a 2.08 on a stolen bases attempt throwing him out. He had some extra movement in the throws, which he could take some more off his times. Showed nice hips blocking and controlling balls in the dirt. Had free hands at the plate with a level path showing nice ability back up the middle…Aaron Hartle worked his hand inside the ball well on his three hit game in game two…Aaron Myers was up to 78 on the mound in his game two start. He has a longer arm action pitching with light effort.
