The 2016 rankings saw numerous additions over the summer months and will continue to see more as we near the 2016 high school season. With the recent release of the 2016 player rankings, the Maryland Insider is going to take a closer look at a few of the players that have seen their stock rise recently, as well as new additions to the rankings with the latest release of the top 100 players.
