River Hill takes two in Annapolis tournament
The Hawks defeated Roosevelt 16-0 with a combined no-hit effort from Rohan Tilva and Josh Mann in five innings due to run rule.  Luke Parker and Jake Howland each have four RBI apiece in the victory.  Jake Parker goes 3-for-3 in the effort.
River Hill also defeated Annapolis on the day by a count of 14-3. Kieran Garner gets the victory going four innings striking out four and giving up three hits. He helped his own cause by going 2-for-4 at the plate with two RBI. Jordan Northrup leads the offensive attack going 3-for-5 with three RBI.  The Hawks score eight in the third to pull away for the victory.

Parkside gets two one-run victories
The Rams beat Indian River  5-4 after Jack Goertzen knocks in the go ahead run breaking a 4-4 tie in the fifth inning.  Colin Green goes 2-for-3 at the plate with an RBI.  After Indian River takes a 4-3 lead in the fourth, Dalton Swanger pitches three strong innings in relief to shut down Indian River bats allowing the Rams to comeback.
Parkside also beat Sussex Central 3-2 on a walk off single by Hunter Parsons in the bottom of the tenth inning. Swanger leads the Ram offense going 3-for-3 at the plate. Brady Shreeves pitched the final six innings of shutout baseball with 11 strikeouts. Grant Burleson made the start striking out five in four innings allowing two unearned runs getting a no-decision.

Mount St. Joseph 5, McDonogh 4
The Gaels thwart a seventh inning McDonogh comeback to win in walk off fashion.  McDonogh scores two in the top of the seventh to tie the game at four before the Gaels score their final run. Tim McManus hits the game ending single scoring Sean Zaranski.  McManus goes 2-for-4 in the win and Andre Brown goes 3-for-3 to lead the way.  Ed Nottingham adds two RBI.
McManus started on the mound and went 6.1 innings giving up three runs (one earned) striking out four while scattering seven hits.  For the Eagles of McDonogh, Paul DiPino leads the way going 2-for-4 with two RBI and Kevin McHugh adds two hits and an RBI.

Archbishop Spalding 11, Gaffney (SC) 5
Aaron Barclay goes 2-for3 with four RBI to lead Spalding to the victory over Gaffney in South Carolina. David Harding (2-for-3 RBI), Barrett Smith (2-for-3 2 RBI) help pace the Cavalier offensive attack. Jordan Carr gives up two runs (one earned) while scattering four hits and striking out five.

Calvert Hall 5, Pittsford Mendon 4
Cardinals take two run lead into the seventh and make it hold after Mendon scores one in the bottom of the seventh. Brandon Dorsey, Nate Bosse, and Jack Finn all have two hits to lead Calvert Hall.

DeMatha 8, Wilson Hall (SC) 3
Andrew Keith goes 2-for-4 with two RBI to lead Stags offense.  DeMatha breaks open a 4-2 lead in the sixth by adding four runs. Andy Rozylowicz gives up two runs over six innings while striking out eight and no walks.

Dulaney 6, Perry Hall 4
Lions score two in top of sixth to break 4-4 tie for victory.  Ronald Dent goes 3-for-5 with two RBI.

Georgetown Prep 14, Archbishop Curley 4
Prep gets 15 hits in the five inning victory.  Matt Mervis knocks in four on a 3-for-4 day at the plate. John Dempsey adds three RBI and one hit. Marty Costes goes 2-for-3 to lead Curley. Zach Seal gives up four runs (three earned) and strikes out seven going the distance for the Hoyas.

Huntingtown 10, Calvert 5
Danny Johnson goes 2-for-4 with four RBI to lead the Hurricane offense.  Austin Owens (2-for-3 two RBI) and Nick Gardner (2-for-4) add nice days at the plate to contribute to the win. Ty Kwiatkoski and Jimmy Hoeferkamp have two hits apiece to lead Calvert.

Lansdowne 7, Kenwood 6
Joey D’Urso and Glen Taylor have two RBI to lead Lansdown offense.  Joe Rottmand and Dalton Beall add two hits apiece.

Middletown 12, Winters Mill 2
Alex Cartner (2-for-3 2 RBI), Daustin Chen (2-for-3 3 RBI), Tyler Hickey (3-for-4 2 RBI), and Matt Lynch (3-for-3 RBI) all have big offensive days to lead Middletown to the win. Colson Kirchner gets the win and strikes out five in three innings of work giving up no hits.

Northern 4, Hammond 3
Ryan Potts and Jimmy Gentry go 2-for-3 to lead the way for Northern.  Gentry adds an RBI to the effort.
