Over the course of this week we will be releasing position-by-position analysis articles with scouting reports on each player and identifying the top prospects. Two-way prospects will appear in a positional analysis as well as a pitching analysis. We shall identify top performers in each positional breakdown along with a younger talent (2018, 2019) a Future Watch if applicable.
Today we look at the outfielders that participated in the event. Let’s take a look at the participants.

Athletic and projectable frame at 6-foot-2, 185-pounds. Hits from an athletic set up with a smooth back load and slight lift in stride. Has a short path with a barrel that stays in zone with fast bat speed. Has balance in swing and gets good lower half usage. Power potential in this gap-to-gap style hitter. Exit velocity of 87 mph. A short and quick arm action throwing from a high ¾ arm angle. Sound foot work and stay on balls of feet. Plays through the ball well and does a nice job of keeping direction with throws and using own momentum. Throws had life on them at 89 mph. Ran a 6.96 60-yard dash
Javon Fields OF Appoquinimink (DE) 2018
Athletic and lanky at 6-foot 155-pounds. Hits from an athletic and slightly open setup. Has a short bat path with quick bat speed and extension through contact. Has a quick load with a short stride. Gap-to-gap type hitter. Exit velocity of 81 mph. Has active feet and sound mechanics in the outfield. Confident first step and throws from a high ¾ arm angle. Would like to see get over front side a bit more on throws to improve upon the 80 mph velocity from the outfield. Ran a 6.88 60-yard dash. Will be a fun prospect to watch develop over the next few years.
