2024 National Follows
January 7, 2021
Jumping into the new year and kicking off 2021, On the Hunt profiles a collection of 2024 players to know and follow over the next four years. Each player possesses impressive upside, and college coaches will likely be following them closely moving forward.
Drew Graham LHP / 1B / Avon Lake, OH / 2024Graham’s whippy left arm and ability to dominate in the zone already makes him a must-follow arm in the class, especially given the fact that he is still very much maturing at 5-foot-11, 160-pounds. The wiry-athletic southpaw was up to 85 mph (2250 RPM) over the summer, demonstrating the ability to get swings and misses on the fastball which includes some late arm side life. The ball jumps out of the hand and at the plate after a polished, uptempo delivery that includes quality use of the lower-half while working linear down the mound. He pairs the fastball with advanced feel for a tighter-spun curveball (70-72), and especially a changeup (72-75) that profiles well. Perhaps above all else, Graham’s mound presence stands out for the class as he exudes confidence while attacking each hitter. Clearly, as Graham continues to mature physically, his present polished look will tick up, and college coaches will certainly be following along the way. |
