It's an odd year to say the least with counties and conferences across the state beginning their seasons at different times. With some already underway, we turn our attention to another that will open their season this week. The seven schools listed below make up the Carroll County high school baseball conference. Opening day is set for this Friday, May 7th and schools will play each other twice for a total of 12 regular season games ending on June 11th. Below is the breakdown of the Carroll County schools as well as a complete "Watch List" of players you won't want to miss in action this spring. 

Note: A preseason questionnaire was sent out to all Maryland high school baseball coaches in Mid-January to gain pertinent information for this piece but not all forms were completed and returned. Below is a compilation of information received as well as thoughts from our staff at PBR Maryland.
