Outlook
A deep and talented roster return for Urbana in 2018 making them a top contender for the spring, albeit they have a tougher hill to climb now as they move up to 4A in the MPSSAA. All PBR returner Trey Lipscomb (Tennessee) will head up the offensive attack as one of the top players in the state and be a steady presence in the middle of the Hawks lineup from game one. A deep group of experienced starters also return with C Ryan Hayden more than likely to be another middle of the order staple along with 2019 1B Sean Berry. Fellow juniors Ferris Mcilmail, and Graham King look to build off very successful sophomore campaigns and add depth and potency from top to bottom for the Hawks lineup. The pitching staff will be headed up by Lipscomb and senior Jake Wills. Looks for 2020 RHP Kameron Walters (Pictured, right) to see a extended role and pick up innings lost from the graduation of Ryan Washabaugh.
