While seasons in the South are well underway, things are getting started in northern states. For this week’s Hotlist, state directors highlight teams that should be watched closely this season as they all vie for their respective state titles.

The Crusaders return just four starters and two pitchers, but as we all know, Moeller just reloads and that should be the case again in 2016. Six seniors are committed to college programs including LHP Nick Bennett (Louisville) and RHP Cameron Junker (Notre Dame), who will lead the pitching staff. Bennett was 7-1, 0.90 last year with 50 strikeouts in 54.1 innings while Junker was 4-0, 2.29 in 18.1 innings with 21 strikeouts. The Crusaders also have a host of 2017s and 2018s that should all garner interest from Division I programs.
