Some seasons are winding down in the country while others are barely halfway through. This week’s Hotlist looks at the hottest teams in the Prep Baseball Report coverage area and who has contributed to that success.

Archbishop Moeller HS, OH
The preseason No. 1 team in Ohio, Moeller has lived up to expectation so far. The Crusaders are 17-1 and ranked nationally in several polls. Pitching is a big part of their success with 2015 RHP Grant Macciocchi, a Missouri recruit, and 2016 LHP Nick Bennett, a Louisville recruit, providing a tough one-two punch. They have gone through the tough Greater Catholic League once already and went down to Georgia to win the Louisville Slugger Classic. With 10 Division 1 recruits, Moeller is an easy favorite to win a state title.
