Chase Patton, a 6-foot, 185-pound left-handed pitcher/outfielder from Bullitt East HS, has committed to  Spalding University. 

Patton showed well at multiple PBR events, most recently at the Pre-Season All State Showcase in February where he showed a fastball that topped out at 81 mph and good command of his breaking ball.  He showed athletic outfield actions and good bat speed with an 86 mph tee exit velocity from the left side. 

We have received reports that Patton's fastball has been 82-84 mph this summer while playing with Louisville Baseball Club.
