Luis Pimentel Guerrero

A true top of the order guy, Sophomore UTL Luis Pimentel Guerrero is one of the top hitters on a nationally ranked Blue Dragons squad that just wrapped up their 13th KJCCC title last week. The Xavier transfer is slashing .400/.507/.651 over 175 at bats including 25 extra base hits. Not to mention the switch hitter also walks more than he strikes out with 37 walks to 30 strikeouts on the year and also has stolen 16 bags. Last October, Pimentel Guerrero showed a advanced feel for the barrel from both sides of the plate at our scout day, reaching exit velocities upwards of 99.5 mph and sending balls 371 feet with a 66.7% hard hit percentage. He also posted a 6.87 60 yard time to pair.
