Scouting Report
6/20/17 - Adamiak is a 6-foot-4 200-pound right-handed pitcher in Kansas’ 2019 class. Adamiak has an aggressive delivery, long and lean frame, quick arm speed, slight rotation at balance point, over the top release, fastball works 82-86 mph, breaking ball has cutting action, 10-to-4 break, 63-64 mph, swing and miss pitch, change up at 76-78 mph, slight arm side release.
6/3/17- 6-foot-4, 200-pound right-hander with a solid power pitcher’s build. Pitching- Continues to show development; coming out of ¾ slot sat 83-86 MPH with his fastball, that number is consistent with performance during February and could increase as he learns how to use lower body, improvement came with curveball at 69-72, compared to 75-78 from earlier, induced weak contact with a 10-4 shape, keeps fastball arm speed, confident spotting secondary pitches and using with frequency; next step will be landing in control and being prepared to field the ball.
2/18/17 - Adamiak is a 6-foot-4 200-pound right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2019 class. Adamiak has a strong frame, aggressive delivery, loose over the top release, repeats, showed command of fastball and change-up, fastball topped at 86 mph, hit 85 mph several times, flashed late run, curveball has 10-to-4 shape, slurve type action, change up flashed cut, near fastball arm speed, 75-78 mph.
