As we quickly approach our most talented event of the year, the MOKAN Preseason All-State, PBR Kansas will highlight some of the top players already slated to be at the event. Today, we take an in-depth look at 2024 Whit Rhodes. The Hesston product and recent Wichita State commit has been on a straight upward trajectory lately with reports of him sitting in the low 90s. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound right-hander will look to continue his meteoric rise at the MOKAN Preseason All-State.
