This fall and winter PBR will be highlighting some of the top uncommitted players in the 2023 and 2024 classes. Today, we take an in-depth look at 2024 RHP Rocco Loffredo. The 6-foot-5, 175-pound right-hander was up to 86 at the MOKAN Summer Open and filled up the zone with his fastball. As he continues to add strength and polish his breaking ball, look for Loffredo to continue to shoot up the rankings.
