Inside The KS Rankings: Top 5 Uncommitted 2021 LHPs

As we prepare for the most important summer of all time for amateur baseball, PBR KS takes a deeper look into the latest 125 player rankings release for the 2021 class. If you missed the release story for the class, you can find it here. Today, we will highlight the top 5 uncommitted left-handed arms in the state according to the rankings. This group features athletes with projectable frames who have tons room to fill out along with athletes who will see jumps as they polish up their deliveries. Everyone on this list has been 80 or better in official PBR scouted events.
SCOUTING REPORT
Positional Profile: LHP Polished southpaw that projects on the mound.
Body: 6-foot-2, 178-pounds. Wiry, athletic frame. Projects.
Delivery: Hands rock over head, side step initiates drop/drive type delivery, athletic balance point, strong front side, works closed from target creating deception, lands square, clean mechanics overall.
Arm Action: Long, loose arm action, over-the-top slot.
FB: T80, 78-80 mph. Flashed arm-side run, strikes to both sides of the plate.
CB: 66-68 mph. 1/7 shape, gradual action, depth.
CH: 72-73 mph. Works down in the zone.
