Inside The KS Rankings: Top 10 Uncommitted 2021 RHPs

As we prepare for the most important summer of all time for amateur baseball, PBR KS takes a deeper look into the latest 125 player rankings release for the 2021 class. If you missed the release story for the class, you can find it here. Today, we will highlight the top 10 uncommitted arms in the state according to the rankings. This group features athletes with projectable frames who have tons room to fill out along with athletes who will see jumps as they polish up their deliveries. Everyone on this list has been 83 or better in official PBR scouted events.
Mannell has a long, lean, and projectable 6-foot-3, 185-pound frame with much more development to come. The right-hander works only from the stretch with an athletic leg kick, quality leg drive, and a closed stride. His arm action is long, loose, and electric coming through a low-3/4 slot with advanced arm speed. His fastball shows some arm-side run, especially down in the zone, at 86-88 mph with much more velo to come. Mannell's slider is advanced with11/5 shape, late depth, and thrown with full arm speed at 78-79 mph. His Changeup shows heavy arm-side run and some sink at 83-84 mph.
