With the October 19th Unsigned Senior Games quickly approaching, we are highlighting some of the top uncommitted seniors in the Hoosier State.  

Name: Jack Schmidt
High School: Cathedral
Graduating Class: 2015
Position: RHP
Height: 6-3
Weight: 175

State Ranking: 63

Jack Schmidt possesses an athletic frame at 6-foot-3, 175 pounds.  He pitches from a high 3/4 slot with quick arm speed from a drop and drive delivery.  At multiple PBR events he's been up to 85-86 with his fastball with some arm side run.  He possesses good rhythm and direction throughout the delivery and keeps the ball in the zone.  He throws an 11/5 breaking ball in the low 70's with late break and a mid 70's changeup with some sink.  Schmidt shows good feel for all three pitches.
