The top ranked 2022 prospect in Indiana, Andrew Dutkanych IV (Brebeuf HS), had the second most viewed player profile in 2020. The Vanderbilt commit has electric stuff, regularly competing in the zone with a fastball up to 95, a hard low 80s slider and power changeup. The 6-foot-3, 200 pounder is also ranked No. 20 in the Prep Baseball Report National rankings.

Dutkanych, a Vanderbilt recruit and third ranked right-hander in the class, was highly efficient in a “ho hum” first outing of the fall for Team Indiana as he surrendered just one hit in five innings while striking out seven. With a workhorse frame that includes a noticeably strong lower-half and long torso at 6-foot-3, 205-pounds, Dutkanych attacks hitters with a power mindset including challenging most predominantly with a fastball that was up to 93 mph (2350 RPM) in this outing. He overpowered hitters for the most part, and showed more intent to work in a power-changeup than in previous looks. The arm stroke is ultra-short, and almost catcher-like which allows the fastball to jump even more on the hitter as he works linear down the mound.
