The Kentucky College Prospect Showcase took place on Sunday, August 2 and afforded close to 60 players the opportunity to showcase their abilities.

The following is a look at the group of outfielders who participated in the event.

John Millay, OF, Meade County HS, 2016
6-foot-1, 170-pound right handed hitter hits from a balanced stance, short stride, line drive type hitter with level swing path and gap to gap approach, 83 mph exit velocity off the tee (has been up to 88), ran a solid 7.13 60-yard dash. Displays athletic outfield actions, fluid footwork and plays through the ball well, good set up on fly balls, long high-3/4 release with good arm strength, 87 mph velocity with carry, continues to show a solid overall game.

Alex Bibb, OF, Central Hardin HS, 2016
6-foot-3,230-pound right-handed hitter showed some of the best power at the event, hits from a balanced stance, loads back with front foot and has an aggressive stride, swing creates some lift, launched a long home run to left-center in his round, 88 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran a 7.27 60-yard dash. Shows good athleticism for size, plays through the ball, has a short over the top release with quick/clean exchange, solid arm strength at 84 mph with good carry, has potential to be a power bat at the next level.

Conner Kreeger, OF, Highlands HS, 2016
6-foot-1, 170-pound right handed hitter hits from a balanced stance with a short stride, maintains good balance, has a direct swing path and generates solid bat speed, 84 mph exit velocity off the tee, line drive type hitter with gap power potential, runs well, 6.86 60-yard dash. Athletic outfielder with good instincts, attacks the ball well on the ground, good set up on fly balls, long over the top release with carry to throws, accurate arm with 80 mph velocity. Solid overall player.

Seth Richardson, OF, Madison Central HS, 2016
5-foot-10, 160-pound right handed hitter hits from an open stance and gets to square with a short stride, short swing path, line drive type hitter, impressed in BP using all fields well, 81 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran an event best 6.83 60-yard dash. Shows good outfield instincts and plays though the ball well athleticism, good set up and catches fly balls moving towards target, accurate arm, 78 mph velocity with some carry.

Joshua Durbin, RHP/OF, Meade County HS, 2016
6-foot-2, 180-pound right handed hitter hits from a balanced stance with a short stride maintains good balance through contact, line drive type hitter took a good round of BP showing the ability to make hard contact to all fields, 81 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran a 7.19 60-yard dash. Moves fluidly in the outfield, plays though the ball with athletic actions, long over the top release, accurate throws with carry, 81 mph arm strength.

Jacob Osborne, OF, Greenwood HS, 2016
6-foot-2, 185-pound right-handed hitter hits from an open stance, squares front side with a short stride, long/uphill swing path with pull tendencies, shows some strength in swing and ball jumps off bat, 89 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran a solid 7.11 60-yard dash. Plays through the ball well with quick feet, long high-3/4 release with accurate throws, 80 mph velocity with some carry to the bag.

Josh Graves, RHP/OF, Nelson County HS, 2018
6-foot-1, 168-pound right-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance, short stride, ball jumps off bat and shows power potential, has some quickness in hands, good bat speed for age, 86 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran a 7.91 60-yard dash. Plays through the ball in the outfield, long high-3/4 release, quick/clean exchange, accurate throws with average carry, 79 mph velocity.

CJ Hayes, OF, South Warren HS, 2017
6-foot-2, 190-pound left-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance with a long stride, line drive type hitter with level swing path, lacks extension and finish in swing, 70 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran a 6.91 60-yard dash. Plays through the ball in the outfield, occasional two-handed approach, showed 81 mph arm strength from a short high-3/4 release, accurate throws to the third base bag. Athletic prospect with raw baseball skills, speed plays well from the left side of the plate.

Konnor Voyles, OF, North Harrison HS (IN), 2016
5-foot-9,160-pound left handed hitter hits from an open stance and gets to square with a toe tap and short stride, good balance, line drive type hitter with average bat speed, 75 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran a 7.44 60-yard dash. Shows athletic actions and attacks the ball aggressively in the outfield, quick/clean exchange, over the top release with accurate throws, shows some arm strength at 80 mph with above average carry.

Hunter Fryman, OF, Scott County HS, 2016
5-foot-11, 180-pound left handed hitter hits from a balanced stance, has a big leg kick and short stride, foot gets down late occasionally, level swing path with line drive production produced an exit velocity of 81 mph off the tee, ran a 7.19 60-yard dash. Shows an accurate arm from the outfield with average arm strength, 75 mph from a short over the top release, plays through the ball well on the ground.

Brody Sellers, OF, Tates Creek HS, 2017
6-foot-2, 180-pound right-handed hitter hits from a tall and open stance, squares front side with a short stride, line drive type hitter with gap to gap approach, produced an exit velocity of 81 mph off the tee, showed speed running a 6.93 60-yard dash. Plays through the ball with a long high-3/4 release, some accuracy to throws, shows below average arm strength at 72 mph.

Mason Smith, RHP/OF, Lafayette HS, 2016
5-foot-10, 160-pound right handed hitter hits from a balanced stance, short stride, can get more involvement from lower half, 80 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran a 7.37 60-yard dash. Defensively shows the ability to play through the baseball, over the top release with very accurate throws, average arm strength at 75 mph.

Matthew Thiel, OF, Covington Catholic HS, 2017
6-foot-1, 195-pound right-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance, loads back with a leg kick, short stride, line drive type hitter with gap to gap approach, path works uphill at times, showed big increase with 82 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran a 7.50 60-yard dash. Defensively, has a long/slow exchange, long over the top release with below average arm strength, 71 mph velocity with some accuracy.

William Sims, OF, Mercer County HS, 2017
5-foot-9, 150-pound right-handed hitter hits from a balanced stance, short stride, long swing path, line drive type hitter with average bat speed, 72 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran a 7.14 60-yard dash. Shows athletic actions defensively, plays through the ball well, short over the top release with mostly accurate throws, average arm strength, 73 mph velocity.

Mark Walkenhorst, OF/1B, Highlands HS, 2016
6-foot-1, 185-pound left handed hitter hits from a slightly closed stance, utilizes a leg kick with a short stride, has significant pre-pitch hand movement, shows average bat speed, 75 mph exit velocity off the tee, has ability to use all fields, ran a 8.26 60-yard dash. Attacks the ball aggressively in the outfield, plays through the ball, short over the top release with below average arm strength, 71 mph velocity with some accuracy. As a first baseman shows soft hands with some athleticism around the bag.

Riley Hogan, LHP/OF, Bowling Green HS, 2017
5-foot-9, 165-pound left handed hitter hits from an open stance and squares up with a mid-length stride, short swing path, maintains good balance, line drive type hitter uses all fields well, average bat speed, 72 mph exit velocity off the tee, ran an 8.06 60-yard dash. Shows a hesitant, two-handed approach in the outfield, long exchange, 62 mph arm strength from a long high-3/4 release.
