Read along to find the players that stood out most, along with a full statistical analysis at this link.
Isdayl (Izzy) Rivera-Cruz OF / Albergue Olimpico Baseball Academy Salinas Puerto Rico, PR / 2026+ Rivera-Cruz was an interesting prospect that carried an athletic, 5-foot-10, 145 pound frame that strength gains will pay dividends for. He switch-hit, with more fluidity from the left compared to the right, although he showed twitch from both sides and reached a peak exit of 88 mph. A 7.01 runner in the 60-yard dash, his feet stood out during defensive evaluations and his arm works cleanly with fringy strength. |
Blake Riddle SS / RHP / Whiteland Community High School, IN / 2025+ Riddle is an uncommitted senior with an athletic, 5-foot-10, 170 pound frame. He turned in an event-best 6.98 60-yard dash, and followed with a low-effort round of batting practice where he showed barrel feel and a line drive oriented approach. Defensively, he fits the mold of a next-level second baseman with sure handed, fluid actions on the infield. |
Jayvian Burdette SS / 3B / Richmond High School, IN / 2027+ Burdette showed well across the board, standing out in multiple statistical categories. The compact, 5-foot-11, 190 pound sophomore ran a 7.13 in the 60, and then showed bat strength with a 93+ mph exit stemming from a downhill barrel that works with above average bat speed. Burdette also showed above average hands and feet on the dirt with some body control to go along, and filled the zone on the bump with a fastball that reached into the low-80s. |
tristan deel RHP / SS / Terre Haute South Vigo High School, IN / 2026+ Deel offers upside as a right-handed pitcher with a projectable, 6-foot-1, 155 pound frame and loose, whippy arm stroke. Deel moves in an athletic, up-tempo fashion throughout his delivery and his arm speed suggests that his 81-83 mph fastball will climb with maturity and strength gains. All of his pitch metrics grade well, spinning the breaking ball in the 23-2700 range and killing spin on a changeup with a foot of horizontal run. His breaking ball needs to firm up, and his overall feel was inconsistent, but the athletic delivery and arm action creates intrigue. |
Steven Walker RHP / 2B / Greenfield-Central High School, IN / 2027+ Walker stood out in his bullpen, pitching in the low-80s with athletic arm action that worked from two different slots. He spun a tight breaking ball from both slots, while showing a fading changeup from the lower slot exclusively. His 5-foot-11, 165 pound frame moves down the mound with an explosive move and his arm works fast to suggest future velocity gains. |
