The 2015 high school season is just around the corner.  Leading up to the start of the season we are going to take a quick glance at many teams from across the state.

OUTLOOK
 
The Wildcats are coming off a 20-10 season in 2014 and return a total of six positional starters and one pitcher this spring.  The Cats are led by Junior Tanner Gaff, a 6-foot-3, 210 pound INF/RHP.  Last season Gaff hit .346 with 18 RBI and 9 SB and was also 8-5 on the mound with 2 saves, posting a 2.24 ERA. 6-foot-1, 195 pound senior OF/RHP Zach Snep will be a big contributor this season.  As a Junior he hit .364 with 1 HR, 25 RBI and 15 SB.  Snep went 3-1 on the mound last year in 24.2 IP, finishing with 18 Ks. Garrett Smiley returns for his Junior season after hitting .305 with 4 HR, 27 RBI and 9 SB as a sophomore. Head coach Erik Hisner will also look for contributions from sophomore Landon Goff (.283 BA, 10 RBI, 5 SB), Junior Hunter Sroufe (.281 BA, 7 RBI, 7 SB) and senior Tanner Hughes (.270 BA, 6 RBI).
