Top Prospect - Milwaukee: Statistical Analysis

The Top Prospect - Milwaukee took place at the Rock Sports Complex in Franklin, Wisconsin on Tuesday, July 16. The showcase provided the PBR Wisconsin staff with an opportunity to get a look at some of the top uncommitted prospects in Wisconsin and Illinois.
The event Quick Hits have already been released, which cover our initial impressions on some of the top performers. Below, the statistical analysis will break down the top numbers from each statistical category recorded at the event.
Max Fastball
There were seven 2020 arms that all topped at 86 mph, which stood as the event best. Two more prospects topped out at the 85 mph mark.
60-Yard-Dash
Jacyk Uehling took home the prize as the day’s fastest runner. Riley Zirbel and Cole Wilcox also impressed by both running sub-6.80 60 times.
Exit Velocity
Thomas Otto showed the best bat-speed at the event, featuring a day high 96 mph exit velocity. Nick Pica and Jonah Wronski fell just short of Otto, topping at 94 mph.
Infield Velocity
Six prospects topped the 80 mph mark at the event. Vincent Esposito showed the best arm across the infield -- throwing 85 mph from shortstop.
Outfield Velocity
Jack Heiring separated himself from the bunch -- topping at 90 mph on throws from right field. Four players tied at 87 mph and two tied at 86 mph.
Catcher Velocity
Jonah Wronski was the lone catcher to top 75 mph on throws to second base. Matthew Deprey fell just shy of Wronski, registering a 74.
Pop Times
Matthew Deprey stood out in the pop time department -- featuring a day best 1.93. Thomas Otto came closest to besting Deprey, with a 2.00 of his own.
