Super 60 Spotlight: Noah Edders
February 5, 2021
On Sunday, Feb. 7, Prep Baseball Report will host the 19th edition of its prestigious, flagship event: the Super 60 Pro Showcase. Since the event’s inception in 2003, more than 300 players have been selected in the MLB Draft, including 22 first-round picks and 25 second-rounders.
We started our our march toward the Super 60 earlier this year, by highlighting the prospects set to join us, shining a light on their impressive player profiles that they've groomed through their high school years and beyond.
Scouting Report
Bradley commit, 6-foot-3, 215-pound, wide-shouldered, durable, right-handed pitcher. Edders got the start for Top Tier on Saturday. Attacked hitters with a lively, 87-89 mph fastball that topped at 90 mph. He also flashed an above-average, late-biting slider at 78-81 mph that has swing-and-miss potential moving forward. Given Edders combination of size, athleticism and loose, quick arm he should continue to see his stuff and velocity tick up moving forward. 2021 right-handed pitcher on the rise in Illinois.
