On Wednesday, September 25^th the Prep Baseball Report hosted their Pitcher Showcase and Analysis for 18 players at The MAX in McCook.  Each year this event helps to find new pitching talent and keep up with identified players from Illinois and Wisconsin.  Six of the pitchers were 80 plus and the showcase featured mostly Class of 2015 and 2016 arms. 

The event was highlighted by Logan Wonn (2015, Oconomowoc HS (WI)).  Wonn is a 6-foot-2, 200-pound RHP who was up to 85 mph and had a feel for three pitches.  A top young prospect who emerged at this event was Jacob Nagel (2016, Bolingbrook HS).  Nagel is a 6-foot-4, 175-pound RHP who was up to 82 mph from a high 3/4 slot and showed a quick arm.
