The Prospect Identification Showcase once again unveiled high end talent yet to be seen. Last year Cole Daily was the clear standout of the event as an incoming sophomore. This year the biggest riser might have been RHP Cole Bellair, a 2015 graduate from Lockport. Bellair sat 86-88 mph touching 89 mph on multiple occasions. 2016 graduate Connor Manous (Munster, IN) stood out in a number of categories. Manous touched 86 mph on the mound while also running a 6.99 60.
Eugeniy Fuss (Normal West, 2015) put up an impressive all around stat line running a 6.89 60, while throwing 84 mph from the outfield and posting an 80 mph exit velocity.
