The MCYSA Summer International Showcase took place on Wednesday, July 26th at Lippold Park in Crystal Lake, IL. The event was open to all high school classes.
Today we continue the analysis from the event with the position players. Switch-hitting freshman two-way prospect Kyle Washington (Jacobs) is one to keep an eye on moving forward. Washington showed impressive arm strength, 79 mph across the diamond, to go along with a quick twitch swing from both sides of the plate.
