CLASS 4A SECTIONAL SEMIFINALS
No. 3 O’Fallon 6, Belleville West 5
Pinch-runner Caleb Shelton scored from second on pinch-hitter Jordan Richardson’s bunt single as O’Fallon’s bench delivered the go-ahead run in the top of the ninth. Logan Boente retired all four batters he faced in relief of Bradley Harrison, who allowed three earned runs in 7 ⅔ innings and doubled and drew four walks in five plate appearances. Bradley Snyder went 4-for-5 with two RBI and Hayden Schaefer hit a home run in the victory.

CLASS 3A SECTIONAL SEMIFINALS
No. 12 Waterloo 8, Marion 0
Noah Thaggard pitched a one-hitter with nine strikeouts and one walk in the victory. Tyler McAlister went 3-for-4 with three RBI and Jordan McFarland went 2-for-3 with a triple and three RBI for Waterloo.
No. 18 Rockford Christian 2, Marmion 1
Nolan Gazouski had an RBI double and came home on Jake Gugle's single as the Royal Lions got all the offense they needed in the first inning. Gazouski allowed four hits in 6 ⅔ innings for the win and Alec Powell struck out the only batter he faced with runners on first and second. Michael Szalek hit a home run in the third inning for Marmion.

Limestone 2, Washington 1
Pinch-hitter Calvin Peacock singled home Tanner Bradley with the go-ahead run in the top of the seventh for Limestone. Bryce Meyer went the distance in the victory, scattering five hits and four walks while striking out seven.
Pontiac 6, Geneseo 4
Tony Krominga and Tyler Carley delivered back-to-back RBI doubles in the top of the eighth and Jacob Curry struck out 10 in eight innings of five-hit ball for Pontiac. Pinch-runner Eric Zega scored on a wild pitch in the top of the seventh to force extra innings. Cole Hunzeker’s RBI single capped a three-run bottom of the sixth that gave Geneseo a 4-3 lead.
