With the 2022 Summer Season wrapping up, we now begin our transition into the Fall Season which is a critical time for players in the 2023 Class who are still on the board and seeking their future collegiate homes. The NCAA Recruiting Calendar allows for limited contact during the current time period and as a result of that, recruiting coordinators have turned to social media and website coverage of players to help provide objective insight on potential prospects. With that, we will begin highlighting the top prospects the Silver State has to offer in an effort to get our players with college aspirations an opportunity at the next level, wherever that may be with the Uncommitted Spotlight feature.
Bronson Brookins: Burley | 2023 | C
The small school product announced his presence at the inaugural PBR Idaho State Games in early June with an exceptional Pro-Style Workout on Day 1 of the event, then put together one of the top offensive performances during the Live Game Play on Day 2 with a double to right-centerifeld. That standout performance earn him an opportunity to represent Idaho at the 2022 West Coast Games where he lead the team at the plate with a pair of multi hit games. He relies on his athleticism behind the plate with a few areas that could improve with some physical strength gains. This is a "gamer" type player who has proven time and time again that he can find the barrel and will be a quality pick up for whoever lands him.
