Scouting Report
2017 Super 60- Louisville recruit. 6-foot, 170-pound left-handed hitting outfielder, wiry athletic frame with plenty of room for continued physical development. Athletic, high-level defender, centerfield type; moves fluidly, confident to the ball, fields with rhythm , athletic arm action, average carry, 84 mph. Offensively, line-drive approach, works middle to left-center with confidence, allows the ball to travel deep, level path, loose, quick hands, maintains excellent balance through contact; 92 mph exit velocity with wood. Leadoff-type approach. Also ran a 6.81 laser-timed 60.
Committed to University of Louisville.
Good athlete with 6.72 60 time. LHH with middle/pull approach. Good rhythm in swing with hard contact. Ball comes of barrel well. Athletic actions in outfield with solid carry and above avg. accuracy on throws at 83 mph.
6-foot-0, 150-pound outfielder. 4.36 home to first time. Left handed hitter, pre-set load, tall to fall stride, aggressive swing, slight uphill plane, good hand eye coordination, consistently finds barrel, ball really jumps at contact. Very fluid swing with simple movement. 91 mph exit velocity off tee. Defensively, very athletic fluid actions, short arm action from OF, takes ball directly to ear, 78 mph from OF, shows good accuracy and quick release to make up for average arm strength. Very eager to play. Plays hard consistently. His run, field, and hit tools are in upper echelon for his grad class. Division 1 and pro prospect. Very interesting follow over next 3 years.
