Prep Baseball Report Iowa & Minnesota

The Prep Baseball Report Future Games is the premier summer scouting event for sophomore prospects and select freshmen prospects. This year well over 110 colleges from all over the country were in attendance. The Prep Baseball Report services are subscribed by more than 400 colleges and pro scouts.

Our series highlights the players who attended the PBR Future Games in Indiana. We have included the players scouting report, statistics, and video of their performance at the event.

The 2015 event was the first opportunity for players in Iowa and Minnesota to attend the PBR Future Games. Many of the player's recruiting interest has exploded since the event; two players have already made a verbal commitment to a college; and many more with multiple scholarship offers on the table.

Evaluation: 6-foot, 170-pound left-handed hitting utility player and pitcher. Shows above average ability to command zone with 3-pitch mix. Fastball is low-mid 80's with arm-side sink. Has ability to throw secondary pitches for strikes in all counts. Fields position well and possesses an above avg. pick-off move to first base. Registered an 92 mph exit velocity at Future Games and seemed to be on base with every at bat. Quiet head to contact and routinely squares up baseball with gap to gap approach. Good instincts in field with enough athleticism to play corner outfield; along with first base.
